But in case you are someone who requires a paper bill for any reason, please let us know and will be happy to mail a paper bill on a monthly basis.

Bell and Rogers who own the last mile of the network that reaches your home/premises and as per our contract they will take 3 to 7 business days to activate a new connection for us. We appreciate your understanding and will keep working with Bell and Rogers to improve the installation process.

Once you have signed up with for you telecom services, Rogers or Bell will be calling you to confirm the order as per their policy.

Yes. All our modems have standard wireless routers built in , to meet your wifi needs in your home or small business.

Rogue uses your email address as your login id for your account with Rogue, once you have successfully signed up, an email is sent with your user name and temp password which can be changed later on. Your account gives you a very clean and simple view of the services you have subscribed to and status of your monthly bills for easy reconciliation. Your account also allows you to log a ticket if you have any issues with any of the services provided by Rogue. You do not need to pick up a phone or call us, once a ticket is logged with us, appropriate groups are notified immediately and Rogue team will work with you until issue is resolved.

After you cancel the service, you will have 20 days to return the modem to us in good condition, if the modem is not received within 20 days, or is physically damaged, you will be charged full price of the modem $150 dollars plus tax)?.

We do not believe in tying customers to a contract which they do not feel comfortable with, our service is offered on a month to month basis, you are free to cancel the service any time , without incurring any penalties.

1. Please ensure your Technicolor/Cisco DPC3848 modem/router, plugged in and powered on. 2. Please ensure that a computer, tablet, phone, or other device with internet browsing software installed – Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, are typical examples. 3. Please ensure that a connection between your device and the Technicolor/Cisco DPC3848. We recommend doing this by connecting an Ethernet cord from your device to one of the LAN ports on the back of the Technicolor/Cisco DPC3848, but you can also do this using WiFi. 4. Please open a web browser. (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Etc.) 5. Type into the address bar then press enter. 6. Click on the DOCSIS WAN tab. 7. Enter your modem's administrative username and password in the User Name and Password fields, then click Log In. a. If you have not altered your username and password, simply click Log In with both fields left blank. 8. Click on the Wireless tab. 9. Click on the Radio Settings tab. 10. Set the 2.4GHz and/or 5GHz Wireless Interfaces to Enable. 11. Set the Wireless Network Name (SSID) field to your preferred network name for each active interface. (2.4 and 5) 12. Click Save Settings. 13. Click on the Wireless Security tab. 14. Select your preferred Wireless Security Mode for each interface. (2.4 and 5) a. WPA2-Personal is the most secure choice b. WPA or WPA2-Personal is a good choice if you have older devices. c. WEP can be used if you have very old devices but is relatively insecure. 15. Select either AES or AES+TKIP for Encryption on each interface. 16. Enter your preferred wireless password in the Pre-Shared Key field for each interface. 17. Click Save Settings

Please login in to your Technicolor Modem using IP and leave user name and password fields blank (if default user name and passwords were not change). Please change the Wireless Band to b/g/n and Frequency to 20/40 for 2.4G and for 5.0 G please sent the Band to b/g/n/ac and frequency to 20/40/80. Save settings and log off. This will help increase wifi coverage area and give you better wifi speed.
