Cancellation policy

New customer connections after 2021/07/01

  • Activation fee is now $30
  • Loyalty bonus is no longer added to new customer installations.
  • If cancellation is requested before the installation of the service, GoRouge will issue a full refund.
  • If cancellation is requested after the installation of the service, refund will include any deposit and invoiced dates the service was not used. Refund will not include shipping and activation fees.

Before 2021/07/01

We've updated our cancellation policy for customers signing up on or after 2020/07/20

  • We now charge an Activation fee $30 for every new Internet connection.
  • To reward our customers for loyalty, we refund $5 of the Activation fee every billing cycle until the $60 is fully refunded.
  • If cancellation is requested before the installation of the service, GoRouge will issue a full refund.
  • If cancellation is requested after the installation of the service, refund will include any deposit and invoiced dates the service was not used.

Before 2020/07/20

If you are not satisfied with our service, a cancellation can be requested by calling our support line. Please review the following conditions for cancellation.

  • If cancellation is requested before the installation of the service, GoRouge will issue a full refund.
  • If cancellation is requested within the first 90 days of an active service, GoRogue will charge a $60 installation fee. A pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the service.
  • If cancellation is requested after 90 days of an active service, no installation fee will be charged. A pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the service.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Customer's account must be in good standing
  • Service must not be used
  • Service malfunctions or doesn't work as described
  • Internet modem is returned to our office

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. It's important to keep in mind that there is often a difference between a service that doesn't work and a situation where you are receiving an error message. Error messages could be related to an incorrect setup, configuration or software and as a result the service is not working.

Additional services

Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.
